Nano in Medikamenten, Sonnencremes und Nahrungsmittel: Uni-Graz-Forscherin Eva Roblegg macht Lokal zum Hörsaal

Wenn das Grazer Lokal „Brot & Spiele“ zum Hörsaal wird, stillen die Gäste ihren „Wissensdurst“. In einem 15-minütigen, allgemein verständlichen Vortrag einer Wissenschafterin oder eines Wissenschafters der Uni Graz wird aktuelle Forschung vorgestellt und anschließend mit dem Publikum diskutiert.
Am 23. März 2015 ist es wieder soweit. Pharmazeutin Assoz.-Prof. Dr. Eva Roblegg erklärt in der neuen Ausgabe der Reihe „Wissensdurst – die Wissenschaftsviertelstunde im Pub“, warum Nanopartikel, also winzig kleine Teilchen, in Medikamenten, Sonnencremes und Nahrungsmittel eine große Rolle spielen.

Die Veranstaltungsreihe „Wissensdurst – die Wissenschaftsviertelstunde im Pub“ ist Teil der 7. fakultät, des Zentrums für Gesellschaft, Wissen und Kommunikation an der Uni Graz. Das Projekt, von Dr. Wolfram Steurer initiiert, wird von den Doktoranden Christian Fercher und Lukas Grumet geleitet.

The lunchtime workshop series “Science goes Social II” brought together three different perspectives on science communication this year.
