The 4th Styrian STEM Forum took place on 26 November 2025 at the Science Garden Judenburg. Under the motto “Full STE(A)M Ahead for Teaching,” the event offered teachers an opportunity to explore current programmes and gather inspiration for their lessons.
On site, the Open Lab Graz showcased selected laboratory materials, including pipettes and other tools that are also used in its workshops. This allowed visitors to gain a direct impression of the practical and hands-on nature of the Lab’s activities. The strong interest in the booth highlighted the continued importance of practice-oriented approaches to STEM topics for teachers.
The booth was staffed by Heide Beranek-Knauer and Lucas Eder, who answered questions and provided insights into the work of the Open Lab. Participating in the forum offered an excellent opportunity to establish new contacts and deepen exchanges with educators.
