Through the International Relations Office of the University of Graz, the group of students from Hiroshima came to Graz to attend a week of workshops and courses on sustainable development. A special experience awaited them in the Taste Lab, where the principles of the Planetary Health Diet took centre stage.
With great commitment, the students prepared recipes that demonstrate how closely health and climate protection are linked. The international group was very enthusiastic – not only about cooking, but also about exchanging ideas on different food cultures and perspectives on sustainability.
