Unser Part am Nachhaltigkeitstag der Uni Graz: Im Geschmackslabor drehte sich alles um die Planetary Health Diet – und unsere Teilnehmer:innen haben erlebt, wie gut nachhaltige Ernährung schmeckt!

Wie ernährst du dich morgen?

Ganz passend zum Motto des diesjährigen Nachhaltigkeitstages der Uni Graz ging es heute im Geschmackslabor um die Planetary Health Diet. Nachdem wir das Konzept und die Hintergründe des Ernährungsprogrammes beleuchtet haben, ging es auch schon an die Töpfe. Die Teilnehmer:innen kochten unter anderem Spinat-Linsen-Curry serviert mit Rollgerste oder auch ein herzhaftes Buchweizen-Risotto.
